At Faroutgoods.com every single item is custom printed just for you the moment you order it. Because we don't hold inventory or "resell" returned items, we have a specific policy regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we’ve got you covered! We will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

  • Timeline: Please contact us within [14/30] days of delivery.
  • What we need: Please email us at info@faroutgoods.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
  • Action: Once verified, we will ship out a replacement immediately. You do not need to mail the damaged item back to us.

2. Sizing & "Buyer's Remorse"

Because each product is made-to-order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Choosing the wrong size.
  • Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

3. Order Cancellations

We work fast! Once an order is sent to our production partner, it can no longer be canceled or edited.

  • If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement.
  • After this window, the item has likely entered the printing process and the sale is final.

4. Packages Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than [30] days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if deemed lost, we will ship a replacement to you at no charge.
