Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Faroutgoods.com. We take pride in creating custom products specifically for you. Below is everything you need to know about how we get your order to your doorstep.

1. The Process: Production + Shipping

Because we are a print-on-demand shop, your order goes through two distinct phases:

  • Production Time: This is the time it takes to print, quality-check, and package your item. This typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your address. This typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders.

Total Estimated Arrival: Most customers receive their orders within 6–14 business days after purchase.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been printed and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the link.
  • If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages if they are fulfilled by different printing facilities.

4. International Shipping

  • International shipping typically takes 10–21 business days.
  • Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Faroutgoods.com is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-send the item.
  • Currently, we don’t ship to

We ship products to most countries, but there are a few exceptions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

Currently, we don’t ship to:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Russia
Belarus
The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
Ecuador
Cuba
Iran
Syria
North Korea

Because of the ongoing war in Ukraine, shipping is very limited. For now, we can only deliver to Ukraine orders that are fulfilled in our Latvian facility.

The same restrictions apply to Kosovo; we only ship products from our Latvian facility, and the available products are limited.

6. Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered prematurely).
  3. Contact us at info@faroutgoods.com. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail once it is marked "Delivered," we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.

7.Cancellations

·      Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of item purchase. After 6 hours your order will have already been processed and shipped. In the event you would like to cancel an order after 6 hours please contact support. If the order has not been processed and shipped a full refund will be submitted. Upon the event the order has been processed and shipped the customer will have to follow the standard return process shown above.

8.Damaged Goods

·      In the event an item is damaged please contact us within 7 days of arrival. After reviewing evidence, we will come to an agreement of a full refund, partial refund, or a full replacement.
